Child-friendly multivitamins

This dietary supplement is specially for children: essential vitamins and minerals in child-friendly chewing tablets with a lovely taste of grape and peach.

Who is it for?

Forever Kids™ is, as the name suggests, for all kids. Grown-ups are of course welcome to try them, but they may prefer Forever Daily™ for example.

Vitamins from A to C

We all need vitamins for our health and vitality. But in a stressful life, we can’t always eat the perfect diet – and far from all children like vegetables… Forever Kids™ is an excellent option if you want to supplement you children’s diet. Forever Kids™ contains 12 different vitamins, such as vitamin A which contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and vitamins B6 and B12 which contribute to normal functioning of the nervous and immune system, for instance, as well as normal energy metabolism. Vitamin C in turn helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue, among other things.

Vitamin D

We get vitamin D in two ways: in our food, and it also forms in our skin when we’re outdoors in the sun. Very young children are generally given vitamin D in the form of drops, but older children too may need some extra. This applies for instance to children with darker skin, since their pigmentation means less vitamin D is formed in their skin, children who don’t spend much time outdoors, or who also wear clothes during the summer which cover their face, arms and legs when they’re outdoors. It also applies to children who don’t eat vitamin D enriched food, and those who don’t eat fish. Vitamin D contributes for example to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function.

Zinc

The mineral zinc also have important properties. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function (i.e. brain functions like memory and thinking skills), normal macronutrient metabolism and also contributes to normal protein synthesis.
