This is why the Aloe vera we use, Aloe barbadensis Miller, is grown in crop rotation in fertile soil, in a climate with more than 2,000 hours of sunshine a year. When the Aloe vera is perfectly ripe, it is picked by hand. We only use the finest inner gel, which is stabilized before being made into Forever Aloe Vera Gel™.
